Le but est de renforcer et d\u2019\u00e9tirer les muscles profonds et stabilisateurs afin d\u2019optimiser l\u2019utilisation des muscles apparents et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019alignement corporel.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chaque groupe musculaire est sollicit\u00e9 avec des combinaisons tr\u00e8s inhabituelles. Les exercices peuvent para\u00eetre complexes, par rapport aux sempiternels&nbsp; abdos&nbsp; ou talons fesses. Toutefois, si on les ex\u00e9cute doucement et sans \u00e0-coups, une certaine aisance arrive. La respiration est une autre cl\u00e9 de la pratique.
